SDDTC Championship Show

Stoneleigh Park, 23rd September 2018. Judge: Mrs Margaret Nicholson.

It was a great pleasure to judge at the Southern Dandie Championship show. I thank the committee for inviting me for my last judging appointment. I was impressed with how Dandies have improved in the last few years, especially in hind movement. Front movement could be better. Feet were splayed due to long nails. Extra long backs in a few did not help their top line. In general, the bitches were better than the dogs. The line up for best bitch was extremely difficult to judge. I was splitting hairs! All the dogs had wonderful temperaments.
